1. Acceptance of Terms

Technologies Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

Novertronics Technologies Inc. provides technology-related products and/or services through
the Site. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novertronics Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or
inability to use the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the
twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of
Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be submitted to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
11. Language
These Terms are available in both English and French. In the event of any conflict or
inconsistency between the English and French versions, the French version shall prevail in the
Province of Quebec in accordance with the Charter of the French Language (Loi sur la langue
officielle et commune du Québec).
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Site
with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes
your acceptance of the new Terms.
